Why Your Organisation Needs Mindfulness Based Stress Training
A decade ago, one in five employees were living with a mental disorder in a given year, and according to the latest studies around the world, the statistics are worsening. There is still a stigma associated with mental health conditions, and approximately half the time, individuals do not seek help or even know they have a problem.
